BULGARFIORI, with a long period of experience in the Bulgarian real state market and its own investment portofolio is composed entirely by Spanish capital. We have an experienced team working in our offices of Sofia and Burgas.
One of our main objectives is advising foreign investors and real state developers about the market opportunities in residential or retail property.
The task we develop in Bulgaria is customized to our clients needs, from a simple property investment to a complete business property management.
Our main fields of performance involve the following areas; Sofia, Plovidiv and the Black Sea coast in general, where we have our central office, Burgas.
In residential property, we cover land for first housing units developments as well as opportunities in sea and mountain areas for second housing units. As well as investment opportunities in non urban lands (expected to change land use in a near future) or buildings to restore.
In commercial premises, we supply investment opportunities in every possible field; office, industrial and retail units, warehouses and properties on industrial states.
